Second work mirroring the first one: interactive installation with a need of stories/myths/recipes/memories from the public of the event, with a common subject: the lotus, in all it’s shapes.
Artwork created with Alexis Chrun, inspired by the details of a commonly known heritage. Starting from a sculpture and a poster by Alexis, I collected stories, all part of an everyday life mythology.
A collection questionning social relationships, the affectionate link between the person and the object, and the feeling of belonging in a cultural group.
Lotus_second part. Interactive installation, activation performance during the event. Plexiglas, self-heating box, lotus seeds, Zoom recorder, tripod, printed poster. Hypertime event, Shanghai, 2020.
